About the Program
When your client has agreed to arbitrate a dispute, what can you as the advocate do to prepare and assure the economy, efficiency and clarity of presentation that arbitration promises and permits? How does arbitration advocacy differ from courtroom advocacy? This program will help you see through the arbitrator’s eyes the process, questions and range of answers that lead to better, more efficient, and successful arbitrations.
