About the Program

The presenters will provide a brief overview of the most litigated sections of the Freedom of Information Act before the Freedom of Information Commission and explain how the Freedom of Information Commission renders a decision in a contested case under the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act. Further, a Superior Court judge will explain how the court decides an appeal from a Freedom of Information Commission decision under the Uniform Administrative Procedure Act.
