GOVERNOR ANNOUNCES PROPOSED STATE BUDGET & LEGISLATIVE AGENDA
Wednesday, Governor Lamont delivered his Budget Address to Connecticut General Assembly during a Joint Legislative Session. During his address, the Governor unveiled his Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Biennial Budget and legislative proposals for the legislature to consider during this year’s regular session. In anticipation of the Office of Policy and Management’s Monday presentation to the Appropriations Committee regarding the Governor’s proposed budget, the Office of Fiscal Analysis (OFA) created a synopsis of the budget bill.
