An Evening with Judge Marshall Berger

Join us for a lively discussion with and remarks from Judge Marshall Berger. Judge Berger will share his thoughts on the practice of land use law in Connecticut. Judge Berger served for nearly 34 years as a Judge of the Connecticut Superior Court and established the Land Use Docket in 2012. He is now a Member of Pullman & Comley’s Alternative Dispute Practice, focusing on the mediation of land use, zoning, environmental and construction matters.
