Social full-section meeting, including a 90-minute Q & A session with judges and panel members re how to draft stips, individual judges' preferences, recommended provisions and precautions for claimants' and respondents' attorneys, liability issues for attorneys and their parties resulting from poorly-drafted stips, how to avoid disasters for you and your clients. There will also be a problem-assist table for help drafting stip language and resolving pre- and post- settlement issues.
