Federal Constitutional and Pro Bono Litigation

Join federal judges and experienced practitioners for judge-moderated panels discussing federal constitutional litigation from inception through appeal. The program will prepare practitioners for federal constitutional litigation generally and court assignments under the district’s pro bono panel.
