About the Program

This program is sponsored by the Young Lawyers Section and Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section. There will be an EC meeting from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  followed by an exciting evening of networking and a riveting analysis of third-party releases, including pros, cons, practical points for practitioners, and a discussion of the Supreme Court case Purdue Pharma. Networking will begin at 6:00 p.m. accompanied by a cash bar (beer and wine), followed by a flavorful buffet dinner and a thought provoking 1.5-hour CLE program.
