About the Program

This seminar covers the major portions of the Connecticut Practice Book, many of the unwritten rules of civil procedure, practices and procedures that continue after the pandemic, how to navigate the courts, and the various local rules of courts. We will also cover examples of forms along with sections of the Practice Book.

Who Should Attend

Any attorney who wants to learn more about civil procedure and practice in the civil courts of Connecticut. This course will be especially helpful for new lawyers or lawyers who are going to increase their civil court practice and have been away from the courts for a period of time.
