About the Program

Join us for an exciting 90 minute presentation on developments in Indian law at The Lansdowne Irish Pub & Music House at the Mohegan Sun, followed by light food and networking. 

Tribal Court representatives and litigators will present on developments in Federal Indian law, especially recent major decisions from the SCOTUS. Judges from the respective courts will discuss Mohegan law and procedure, including the recent enactment of the Mohegan probate law. You will also learn about Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court law and procedures. 

CBA members, become an Indian Law Section member and the registration fee will go towards your section dues ($35).
