About the Program

A description of the requirements that are commonly understood to encompass “reasonable security”, a common benchmark for information security.  We will use the CTDPA as an example, as it contains requirements for “reasonable administrative, technical and physical data security practices” and walk through the expectations organizations should prepare for when seeking to meet those requirements.

• What questions they should ask to understand if an organization has taken the appropriate steps to meet this standard
