Program Description

This program will provide everything you need to know about accessing assistive technology as an approved waiver service under all Medicaid waiver programs, including the Connecticut Homecare Program for Elders. The presenters will share insight into the assistive technology services that are available to support elders and persons with disabilities, including remote monitoring, fall detection, medication management, and more.  You will walk away with a practical understanding of why and how to access assistive technology services under the Medicaid waiver programs.
