The Chief of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, M. Caitlin S. Anderson, will discuss selected recent legislative developments involving amendments to CUTPA and other consumer protection-related matters.
M. Caitlin S. Anderson is the Chief of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP). In this position, Attorney Anderson oversees DCP’s legal representation, collaborates with other state agencies and offices, and advises on DCP’s policy and legislation. An 11-year veteran of the DCP, Attorney Anderson previously served as Director of Liquor Control at DCP prior to being appointed Chief of Legal and Regulatory Affairs in 2025.
