For the first time, we will be presenting in a three-track format—business tax and planning, estate tax and planning, and the new Connecticut Uniform Trust Code (UTC). National speakers will present on cutting-edge tax and estate planning issues, including tax implications and concerns under the UTC as well as drafting trusts under the UTC.
