Please join the Labor and Employment Section for a discussion concerning the future of non-competition agreements. The panel will examine recent legislative trends narrowing the acceptable use of non-competes in the employment context, as well as proposals to do away with non-competes altogether. There will be open offices in Hartford, Stamford, New Haven, and New London for this meeting, all linked by video conference.
