John W. Cannavino, Jr. has been practicing with Ryan Ryan Deluca LLP for ten years primarily in the fields of commercial insurance defense, municipal defense and insurance coverage. His practice is solely litigation focused and he has defended tort cases for both commercial entities and municipalities.

Program Description:

The program will present a litigator’s perspective on indemnity, hold harmless and defense provisions in common commercial and municipal contracts, with a focus on how the differences in the language used impacts later litigation.  The program will attempt to give practitioners drafting contracts ideas about practices to protect a client from a later claim or lawsuit using real world examples
