About the Program:
Are you thinking of taking your first workers' compensation case or has a client asked you to take over his workers' compensation defense files? Do you want to know how to try or defend a case? You will also hear from the Chairman or a commissioner about proper etiquette when appearing before the Commission as well as what you can expect from those hearings. This CLE is a chance to dive in beyond just forms, statutes and regulations, and to gain a deeper appreciation of workers' compensation claims.
