In hopeful anticipation of warmer weather, we will celebrate at this joint meeting with a clambake and a hot CLE topic – fidelity and crime insurance.

Every business is a potential target of crime. Come learn about how a variety of insurance programs can provide a business with protection from losses incurred by the criminal acts of employees, scammers or hackers.

About the ProgramThis seminar will provide an overview of  the various types of insurance that provide coverage for losses that are the result of a criminal acts – including fidelity bonds, commercial crime coverage and cyber policies.  The panelists will explore who may be covered, the events that trigger coverage and the conditions to and limits on that coverage.  Attendance is appropriate for the student or attorney who wants to learn more about insurance coverage for losses that arise out of criminal acts.
