About the Program

Interested in volunteering for the Lawyers in the Classroom program? Register for this training session to sign up and receive the training needed to get started.

The training walks volunteers through the program, provides information on how to bring antiracism into the classroom, and provides volunteers with the skills needed to teach elementary students in grades 4-6 for a one virtual hour session.

For more information on the Lawyers in the Classroom program please visit ctbar.org/LITC.

The training consists of a 1.5 hour pre-recorded video and a 1-hour live webinar on October 5, 2021. The pre-recorded video should be viewed in advance of the live webinar. During the live webinar, volunteers will apply what they learned from the pre-recorded video and do mock presentations, provide peer feedback, and be able to participate in a Q&A with the program directors.
