COVID Safety

We require that all in-person visitors to the building or off-site CBA-hosted events review our In-person Visitor and Event Attendance Policy. If you register to attend this event in-person, you must attest that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with CDC recommendations, or will obtain a viral COVID test administered by a healthcare professional within the 72 hours preceding the event, and only attend the in-person event if the test is negative.

(Includes sunset reception on May 11; continental breakfast and lunch on May 12 and May 13; and electronic materials. Dinners and hotel are not included.)

Except in compelling circumstances, refunds of seminar payments will not be granted for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. on May 4, 2022.

Hotel Reservation Information

(This must be done by you separately from the CBA registration process)

Stay at the Chatham Bars Inn on May 11 or 12 for $289 per night. State your accommodation needs at the time of reservation. A limited block of rooms has been reserved and are being held on a “first come, first served” basis. All reservations must be received by Friday, March 11, 2022 to receive the group rate. Please contact Chatham Bars Inn at 1-800-527-4884 and reference the Connecticut Bar Association Litigation group to receive the above rates. One night’s deposit is required at the time of booking. Seven (7) days prior to arrival, the remaining room balance is charged. Reservations may be cancelled up to thirty (30) days prior to arrival less a $25 cancellation fee. For cancellations received within twenty-nine (29) days of arrival, deposit is not refundable.
