    CBA Law Center
    30 Bank St
    New Britain, Connecticut
    United States
2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Time)

There is no point in winning your case at trial if you do so in a way that dooms it on appeal. And you need to recognize those times when your opponent may have won the case but, in doing so, has created for you a terrific appeal. Trying a case is hard enough—keeping an eye on possible appellate issues at the same time is even harder. But paying attention to possible appellate issues is as necessary as proving the elements of the claim in the first place. This seminar will discuss possible appellate issues to consider when trying a case, and how to make them work for you.
