The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee leads the CBA's efforts to continually strive towards a more fair and equitable legal profession and legal community. The Committee develops programs and policies that make all members of the legal profession and community feel welcome and included. The Committee strives for a sustainable, diverse, and inclusive environment within the CBA, throughout its membership, and the Connecticut legal community at large.
