Webinar
1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (Eastern Daylight Time)
An experienced panel of Connecticut lawyers will discuss the intersection of professionalism, ethics, and technology. Why? Technology touches everything from legal accounting and advertising to document management and digital privacy. While “tech competence” is required in a plurality of US jurisdictions, including Connecticut, the term’s exact definition is anything but an ever-fixed mark. For this reason, we are pleased to host a panel discussion with members of the Standing Committee on Professional Ethics, the Statewide Grievance Committee, Statewide Bar Counsel, practitioners in the areas of digital privacy and legal ethics, and members of the local judiciary.
