    This webinar will cover the latest developments in employment-based immigration law. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Department of State (DOS) and U.S. Department of Labor (U.S. DOL) all issued new policies and proposed regulations during the past four years which the new administration has substantially modified, paused, or canceled. You will find out about the most significant changes regarding the various employment-based nonimmigrant classifications, including the H-1B and L-1 programs as well as the latest adjudication trends in immigration. You will receive strategies, tips, and practice pointers for successfully overcoming government challenges to petitions and applications, which have proliferated during the past four years. The panel will also provide a look ahead to the current administration’s employment-based immigration statutory, regulatory and policy revisions. The DOL’s proposed prevailing wage rule will receive particular focus.
