The seminar will close with the presenter's recommendations regarding the above as the owner of a growing law firm in Connecticut.

Join us for an afternoon of critical education about the overlapping jurisdiction between Probate Court and Juvenile Court. Hear from judges presiding in each court discussing rules and areas of overlap. Later in the afternoon, two practitioners will present on the role and ethical implications of a GAL and AMC in Juvenile and Probate Court.
